FUEL LOADING OPTIMIZATION & HAMMERING / PRESSURE SURGE PREVENTION FOR PETRON LIMAY TERMINAL
Bermad Control Valves - Solved the Hammering Problem on Product Pumps and Pipings for this project by installing the System called Bermad 2 Pump System.
The System consists of Bermad Pump Control Valve and Relief Valve with Bermad Pump Controller
 
The Loading System was Optimized by managing the activation and deactivation of 2 pumps according to the present demand at the TTLR. When the system requires more pressure 2nd Pump shall Automatically Start to supplement the 1st Pump initially running. During high-pressure conditions wherein Only Few trucks are Loading, the system shall shut off one pump leaving only one Pump to supply just enough pressure for the Loading System. This system Protected the Pumps and Pipings and Product Meters by eliminating Hammering, Minimized Power Consumption and Shorten Delivery Time

FUEL STORAGE TANK FOAM PROTECTION FOR PETRON 12 DEPOTS/TERMINALS NATIONWIDE
Skum Foam Equipment and Bermad Control Valves - Provided Equipments for the Implementation of Storage Tank Foam Protection by installing Foam Top Pourer Fire Protection System
On this project, we installed Skum High Back Pressure Foam Generator on the Foam Inlet Pipeline and Skum Sealing Membrane on the Storage Tank Inlet. Bermad Hydrant Valve was installed at the Foam Distribution Manifold to enable Quick Opening of each line and the possibility to Control each valve Remotely.
 
The Fuel Storage Tank was protected with the right Proportioning of Foam to the Storage Tank by providing the suitable equipment from Skum and the Possibility of Remotely Operating the System by Bermad Valves. Protecting the Storage tank and the Firefighter too.
 
TANK TRUCK LOADING RACK FOAM PROTECTION FOR PETRON MANDAUE TERMINAL, CEBU CITY
This project currently On - Going is basically a Fire Protection of the TTLR using Foam by Skum Bladder System and Bermad Electric Remote Control Valves.

The System supplies Aspirated Foam Over the Tank truck through the Low Expansion Foam Sprinklers and Medium Expansion Foam Generators Under the Truck tires. Proportioning of Foam is by Skum Bladder Tank and Proportioner.

System activation can be done Electrically through the Electric Remote Control Panel located at the Dispatching Area or by releasing the Bermad Manual Emergency Release.

CBK – OIL FILLED TRANSFORMER SPRINKLER SYSTEM
Bermad Automatic Controlled Deluge Valve was installed for the protection of Transformers. In the event of fire, the Valve shall automatically be activated through the Wet Pilot line Detection System. Pressure Regulating Valves are also installed to Control Pressure Supply from them Main Source.

CEBU PACIFIC AIRLINES CORPORATION PASAY AND CEBU MANDAUE DEPOT
Bermad Manual Remote Control Valves and Skum Foam Equipments were installed for Aviation Fuel Storage Tanks Foam Protection. Enabling supply Aspirated Foam on the Tank Remotely.
CALTEX OVERFILL PREVENTION FOR 116 FUEL STORAGE TANKS
Fafnir High Level Alarm System both Optic and Calorimetric Sensor were installed for diesel ,gasoline and bunker for 13 depots equipped with sirens .
CALTEX OVERFILL PREVENTION FOR CALTEX LPG STORAGE TANKS
Three LPG storage of Caltex are equipped with Zone 0 FAFNIR calorimetric sensor
